On the 27th of January 2023, a correction to the 24th of June 2022 Government Gazette was published by the Department of Employment and Labour. The correction refers to Hazardous Biological Agents promulgated in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
The notice can be read in the tab below and included are some infographics and a link to assist Employers, Employees, Workers, and Self-employed individuals with a summary of the regulations and the responsibilities of all parties concerned.
