In the edition of the EOHCB Journal, we remind our members of the EOHCB objectives as contained in the Constitution of the Organisation, provide insight into how insolvency, liquidation, sequestration, and the selling of a business as a going concern affects the employer and employee relationship. We provide guidance as to what we can do to fix what has been broken from a business and employment perspective due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and an update from the Personal Care Chamber of the Services SETA is provided.
