In this edition, we remind members of the exciting upcoming opportunity for creatives on the 1st of July 2022. We provide guidance in so far as Employer Responsibilities in the context of Employment Law and Compliance inspections by the Department of Employment and Labour as well as Designated Agents from the National Bargaining Council for Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Skincare, and Beauty Industry.

Mental wellness is given a spotlight and we encourage our members not only to practice the guidelines on themselves but to share them with workers, colleagues, family members, and friends. We remind members of what it means for workplaces now that COVID-19 regulations from the Department of Health have been repealed, we offer value by means of a COVID-19 Toolkit and consultation and outline the remuneration structure for learners.
