DECEMBER 2021 EOHCB JOURNAL

In this edition, we remind members of our annual office closure (23 December 2021 - 2 January 2022, reopening on 3 January 2022), as well as our annual membership subscription increase which is effective as of 1 January 2022.

We report back on the winners of the 2021 EOHCB Digitial Hair, Nail, and Makeup Artistry Competition (https://www.eohcb.co.za/post/2021-eohcb-digital-hair-nail-and-makeup-artistry-competition-results).


We provide labour relations support in so far as the correct Disciplinary Process needed to be followed as prescribed in the Labour Relations Act (LRA), create awareness for business compliance in terms of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases as mandated in the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), and we also provide guidance in terms of Poor Work Performance, as this is a key obligatory factor to ensure a mutually beneficial employment relationship and to ensure a return on investment insofar as human capital.
