It’s the month of love! In this edition we acknowledge World Cancer Day on 4 February 2021, inform members of the much anticipated increase in the National Minimum Wage of South Africa which is expected effective as of 1 March 2021. We provide for the basics of disciplinary action and processes for misconduct as outlined in the Labour Relations Act, and also mental wellness and how to manage the effects of COVID-19. Hulisani Ravhudzulo from our Northern Gauteng division shares how he keeps himself motivated, and we provide our members with five marketing tips which won’t break the bank.
